You are the full owner if you wrote all the text from scratch, took all the photos, drew all the diagrams, prepared the text, layout, TOC, index and chapter sequencing yourself, without copying or adapting anything from any other copyrighted source. If you work for somebody else as an employee to make this sort of ebook, then THEY are the author of your works, for the purpose of copyright ownership.
